10 Grand Press is an independent fine art publishing house and print shop with a mission centered on hands-on experimentation and rigorous collaboration. Founded in 1999 by master printer Marina Ancona, the press operates out of a historic brewery in Brooklyn, New York, with a second workshop in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The studio provides a versatile environment where both emerging and established artists can push the boundaries of the medium, utilizing a wide array of techniques including monotype, intaglio, relief printing, paper lithography, and solar plates.
The press is distinguished by its intuitive, process-driven approach, often serving as a laboratory for artists to develop expansive ideas that translate across media. 10 Grand Press has published notable editions and unique works by acclaimed artists such as Nicole Eisenman, Jennie C. Jones, Harmony Hammond, and Carrie Moyer. With a legacy rooted in the "technological and traditional" synergy of printmaking, the studio's projects have been exhibited at prestigious institutions worldwide, including the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), the Whitney Museum of American Art, and the Guggenheim Museum.
