Powerhouse Arts, Inc. (“PHA” or “we”) is committed to the privacy and security of personal information. The purpose of this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) is to provide you with information about how we collect, use, share, and safeguard certain personal information (“Personal Information”) it gathers. It also describes options you have concerning your Personal Information that you provide and we collect. This Policy is part of our Terms of Service. Defined terms that are used but not defined in this Policy have the same meaning given to them in the TOS.

By accessing our website, our mobile site, and any related websites or webpages (collectively, the “Site”) or using our services, including, without limitation, the use of our Site, registration and attendance at our events, social media interactions, and other communications (the “Services”), you agree that your information may be collected, stored, shared, and used as described in this Policy and the TOS, and you consent to the collection, use and sharing of your Personal Information as outlined in this Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time in writing, however such withdrawal does not negate our right to process your Personal Information in accordance with this Policy prior to your withdrawal.

This Policy does not apply to any entity that we do not own or control. If, at any time during the use of our Services, you are directed to a third-party site, you acknowledge that the policies of the third-party site govern.

We use third-party marketing platforms, including Spektrix, and advertising and analytics technologies from Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics), Reddit, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Clarity. These tools help us understand how our Site is used, measure whether our advertising leads to ticket purchases and donations, improve our Services, and show more relevant advertising. These third parties may collect information about your activity on our Site and on other websites over time. You can manage or opt out of tracking through your browser settings, through each platform's own privacy settings, or by contacting us as described under "Your U.S. State Privacy Rights" below.

Our Site uses cookies, web beacons, pixels, and other tracking technologies to recognize your browser, remember your preferences, and measure campaign effectiveness. You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. However, if you disable cookies, some features of our Site may not function properly.

In addition to these browser-based technologies, when you complete a purchase we send certain purchase and customer information directly from our own systems to advertising partners, currently Meta and Reddit, so that we can measure the results of our advertising. Because this transmission comes from our servers rather than your browser, it can occur even if you have disabled or deleted cookies. To stop it, use the opt-out described under "Your U.S. State Privacy Rights" below.

sharing personal information with third parties

We share Personal Information:When we share information with advertising partners, it may include: identifiers (name, email address, telephone number, city, state, ZIP code, country, IP address, browser and device information, and an internal customer reference number) and commercial information about your transaction (such as the order value and the event or item purchased). We do not share payment card details.Before we transmit contact information such as your name, email address, and telephone number, we convert it using a one-way cryptographic function (hashing). This means our advertising partners do not receive it in readable form. It does let them check whether it matches an account on their platform, which is how they connect an ad to a purchase.

• At your direction.
• With service providers who process it on our behalf (for example, ticketing, hosting, and payment processing).
• With advertising and analytics partners, including Meta, Google, and Reddit, to measure and improve our advertising.
• For legal and security reasons.
• In aggregated or de-identified form.

We rely on third-party payment processors. We do not intentionally store credit card information.

email and sms marketing

• Opt-outs: these go to info@ for now, because the policy already uses that address. Whoever reads it needs to forward opt-outs to us so we can stop sending that customer's data. That suppression list doesn't exist yet. It's a small server change, built when the first request arrives.
• GPC: the text says honestly that the site doesn't respond to it. Supporting it is a small GTM change, and the sentence should be updated if that ships.

do not track

Our Site is not configured to respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, and it does not currently respond automatically to Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. You can still opt out of the sharing of your Personal Information for targeted advertising at any time using the method described under "Your U.S. State Privacy Rights" below.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13.

We use reasonable measures, but no system is 100% secure.

We retain Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

We transfer data to the U.S. and other jurisdictions, which may have different protections.

To opt out of sharing for targeted advertising, use the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" and include the email address you use to buy tickets. We will stop sharing your information with our advertising partners within 30 days of your request. Opting out of advertising sharing is separate from unsubscribing from our marketing emails, which you can do at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Our Site may contain links to or embed content from third-party services (e.g., ticketing providers, payment processors, YouTube, mapping services). These third parties may collect information independently, and their practices are governed by their own privacy policies.
