May We Meet in the Silence of Our Souls Book Launch Celebration at DUMBO House

May 2, 2026

DUMBO House, 55 Water St, Brooklyn

RSVP

Celebrate the launch of May We Meet in the Silence of Our Souls, an artist monograph of Vuslat bringing together 3 years of her artistic research on the ancient notion of Emanet, her work and exhibitions. May We Meet In The Silence Of Our Souls is published by Distanz.

Vuslat is a multidisciplinary artist working across drawing, sculpture, ceramics, and installation. At the core of her practice is an ongoing inquiry into trust, care, guardianship, memory, and collective consciousness, explored through the conceptual framework of Emanet. Rooted in ancient traditions, spiritual practices, healing, and the act of remembering, Emanet reflects on forms of knowledge that are carried, transmitted, and entrusted across time. Drawing from mythological narratives, philosophical discourse, and nature–culture dynamics, Vuslat develops a poetic visual language that moves between material sensitivity and conceptual rigor.
